CHE Racing’s workshop is equipped for the preparation and maintenance of race cars, specialising in Formula Ford and Porsche.
The team is equipped to provide a complete service to clients before, during and after each race meeting, including:

CHE Racing has been founded upon Colin Hill’s widely acclaimed fabrication and engineering skills. Quite simply, there is almost nothing Colin cannot create or fix.
Colin’s engineering expertise is complemented by mechanic Heath Nightingale, who ensures all cars in the CHE Racing fleet are maintained to the highest standards of presentation, before and after battle. Both Colin and Heath pride themselves on attention to detail, meaning CHE Racing’s cars are always prepared to win.
Race car transport
CHE Racing is equipped to transport race cars and a spare parts inventory to circuits all over Australia. At their disposal are two ridged motorsport transporters, ensuring race cars and essential equipment can be transported safely and efficiently across long distances.
CHE Racing Driver Pathway Program
CHE Racing’s drivers benefit from the team’s desire to nurture young talent. CHE Racing works directly with aspiring stars to develop their skills on and off the track.
Cameron Hill is the driver coach and mentor to the team’s Formula Ford young guns on track, educating them on fundamentals such as car control, race craft and data analysis.
Off-track proficiencies, such as physical training and mental discipline, are equally important; these are overseen by the team’s head of performance Ben Gathercole.
CHE Racing’s Driver Pathway Program starts in Formula Ford; over a period of more than 50 years, this junior open-wheel category has become recognised as Australia’s primary breeding ground for future stars because it gives young drivers the best foundation to make the next step towards their motorsport goals.
From Formula Ford, CHE Racing provides a pathway into the Porsche Pyramid, with the capacity to run young drivers in Michelin Sprint Challenge or Carrera Cup.
